How it Works
Every commission begins with your vision and moves through a clear, collaborative process — from initial inquiry to final delivery — so you always know what to expect and your investment is protected every step of the way.
1. Inquiry
Submit your commission request with subject matter, preferred size, medium (oil or digital), reference photos if applicable, any symbolic details, and your deadline
2. Consultation
Your request is reviewed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a custom quote, estimated timeline, and any clarifying questions before any work begins.
3. Agreement & Deposit
Once you approve the quote, you sign a commission agreement and pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your spot. Work does not begin until both are received.
4. Creation
Oil commissions typically take 3–8 weeks. Digital commissions take 1–3 weeks. You receive one progress update at the halfway point. Significant changes after that stage may incur an additional fee.
5. Final Approval & Payment
Final images are sent for your approval. The remaining 50% balance is due before delivery of the physical piece or the digital file. No exceptions.
6. Delivery
Oil paintings are carefully packaged and shipped via tracked, insured carrier at the client's expense. Local pickup is available by appointment. Digital files are delivered via secure download link within 24 hours of final payment.
Policies
Everything you need to know before we begin — deposits, ownership, portfolio rights, and licensing — so there are no surprises on either side.
Deposites
All deposits are non-refundable. If a commission is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit covers time and materials already invested.
Ownership

Portfolio Rights
Digital Licensing
All commissioned work may be photographed and shared for portfolio and promotional purposes unless confidentiality is requested in writing at the time of inquiry.
Digital files are licensed for personal use only. Commercial licensing is available at an additional rate — inquire at the time of your request.
