POLICIES TO STATE CLEARLY
Deposits are non-refundable. If a client cancels after work has begun, the deposit covers your time and materials. For oil paintings, the final piece remains your property until the balance is paid in full. For digital commissions, the file is not delivered until payment is complete. You retain the right to photograph and share all commissioned work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing at the time of inquiry. Digital files are licensed for personal use only. Commercial licensing is available at an additional rate upon request.
